A Journey of Faith

Thanks for joining me!

“For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.” Matthew 18:20

As I awoke from surgery 5 months ago, I felt blessed to still have life. Having movement in my legs and feet (among other things) had not been guaranteed, so it seemed like a miracle to me, experiencing what we sometimes take for granted. The MRI from 10 days earlier had shown a cancerous tumor inside my spinal cord. Prognosis was not looking good. The type of tumor that was seen in the image and reported by the radiologist stated the tumor was an astrocytoma or ependymoma. The majority of these are cancerous that metastasized from somewhere else in the body. Most people with these types of cancerous tumors live approximately 5 months. With spinal cord surgery alone, the chances are high that I would have to learn how to walk again. Then after healing begins, radiation and chemo would be next….but my story took a turn for the better.

I received a strong message to share my experience as I was recovering in the ICU. Maybe it was all the medication talking, but I could picture my experience as a movie at the time. We know that through prayer in numbers, a miracle took place. I will try to explain the signs, messages and images that my husband and I have started to receive and piece together, but if you believe in God and place all your trust in Him….then there is no need for explanation of any type of miracle. This is my testimony that God hears your prayers. You see….my husband and I were not the only ones praying for a miracle. Prayer heals, prayer saves, God heals and God saves. Our Mother Mary intercedes as needed through her Son Jesus. May God’s blessings fall upon all those who prayed and continue to keep my little family in your prayers. We have seen His healing hand time and time again.

Let Your Light Shine for the world to see. God is not done with you yet.
